How GoDaddy, in cooperation with ISS, became Fortunes top 100 best company to work for

At the initial stages of the GoDaddy – ISS collaboration, key objectives of the project included:

  • Ensure all aspects of the service model, such as the food and guest services programs, reflect GoDaddy’s fun atmosphere and company ethos
  • Increase productivity and reduce employee attrition
  • Create an environment where people feel excited and empowered to go to work.

ISS brought operational expertise with a workspace program designed to ensure an exceptional experience for the GoDaddy employees. The operation of the facilities is therefore based on a service model that focuses on people versus task. The whole focus is on the genuine care of people and on having the right capability in the right place to ensure tasks are completed.
