How GoDaddy, in cooperation with ISS, became Fortunes top 100 best company to work for

At the initial stages of the GoDaddy – ISS collaboration, key objectives of the project included:
- Ensure all aspects of the service model, such as the food and guest services programs, reflect GoDaddy’s fun atmosphere and company ethos
- Increase productivity and reduce employee attrition
- Create an environment where people feel excited and empowered to go to work.
ISS brought operational expertise with a workspace program designed to ensure an exceptional experience for the GoDaddy employees. The operation of the facilities is therefore based on a service model that focuses on people versus task.
