Marc Stickdorn is a German trainer and consultant for service design thinking. In 2010, Marc and Jakob Schneider published the award-winning book “This is Service Design Thinking”.
Besides his work as Behavioral Scientist at RUC, Pelle G. Hansen is also Chairman of the Danish Nudging Network; founder of TEN - The European Nudge Network, and CE of iNudgeYou.
As a Head of Workplace Experience Signe is instrumental in developing the global Touchpoints@ISS concept as well as deploying key strategic workplace initiatives.
Anders has more than 10 years of experience working in the Service and Hospitaly industry. At ISS Anders is dedicated to developing the ISS Service Management value proposition.
